Students Corporate Internship Program
Corporate Internship Program Overview
The business internship program consists of 10-14 weeks of work at our international headquarters in downtown Pittsburgh. The program introduces students to the corporate environment though both a general operations overview and focused work. Given the close-knit culture at dck worldwide, interns will experience all aspects of our business operations throughout the summer. This means students will have meetings with department heads who will share information about how their department contributes to the success of the company and how interns can participate in projects for further learning. In addition to the general overview, interns will receive a mentor in their field of study who will guide them through their work and educational experience.
Fields of interest include:
- Human Resources
“Hi, my name is Nick and I am a Junior at the University of Pittsburgh! I interned at dck in the marketing department and loved my experience. Immediately, my mentor and dck’s marketing director Rob included me into the team with engaging projects. Some of these projects included social media management, graphic creation, and human resources marketing, all with a foundation in analytics. My favorite part about interning at dck was the management’s encouraging attitude toward me actively contributing to the company’s success. They let me explore ideas I felt could positively impact the company, and even gave me an offer to stay on during the school year to execute some of my plans!”
We always accept applications, but we will begin interviewing for summer internships by December 1, 2017
