  • Stephen F. D’Angelo Chief Executive Officer and President

    I am proud of the reputation that dck worldwide has for being blue-collared workers in white-collared shirts. The essence of this is driven within our Executive Management Team --they bring together their experience and determination to deliver value to our clients.

    Stephen F. D’Angelo, Chief Executive Officer & President – Under his leadership since 2008, Stephen has grown dck worldwide to become one of the fastest growing companies in Pittsburgh, PA, and one that consistently ranks as a top contractor for providing building solutions to public and private clients all around the world. He has also grown the company organically and expanded its geographic reach through acquisition.

  • Eugene V. Bucci
    Eugene V. Bucci Executive Vice President

    Eugene V. Bucci, Executive Vice President – Gene has more than 45 years’ experience in the construction industry where he has gained a thorough knowledge of all construction operations. This experience makes him an expert at techniques for estimating, procurement, and negotiating that adds value to dck worldwide projects and provides the information and tools to deliver the outcomes our clients require. Mr. Bucci has contributed in numerous capacities to the organization.

    Since 2004, he has been providing expert services, support, and oversight to dck and its projects. Prior to joining dck worldwide, Mr. Bucci was Owner and President of a mid-size general contractor and also served as Chief Executive Officer of five different construction companies. Mr. Bucci is responsible for overseeing the operations and other functions of the business, including long-term strategy.

  • Laurie H. Bowers
    Laurie H. Bowers Senior Vice President, Organizational Development

    Laurie H. Bowers, Senior Vice President, Organizational Development – Ms. Bowers is a proven leader with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. She provides overall direction and supervision for the entire Human Resource function of this 800-employee organization and assistance to employees and support functions to foster efficient processes, as well as overseeing all employee communications and corporate public relations.

    Ms. Bowers has 25 years of experience leading teams that implemented business processes and controls.  Prior to joining dck worldwide, she was responsible for managing the development and ongoing support of a new trust reporting system for domestic and international clients at Mellon Financial and developing, implementing, and supporting three different loan products used by 100+ clients with a major data processor

  • Chris Barbe
    Chris C. Barbe Senior Vice President &, General Manager, Global Sales & Project Development

    Chris C. Barbe, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Global Sales & Project Development – Chris has 18 years of experience in construction industry engineering and managing projects with a concentration in commercial, residential, and industrial markets. This coupled with his experience in business development and contract negotiations makes him the perfect fit for his current role within dck worldwide. He focuses on strategic decision-making and spearheading the business development initiatives that are consistent with dck worldwide’s overall strategy. Previously, Mr. Barbe was responsible for the company’s Hawaii operations, and he has also successfully managed projects through coordinating trades, detailed scheduling, developing partnerships, and building rapport with engineers, clients, local officials, and vendors, while maintaining costs.

  • Brian T. Contino
    Brian T. Contino P.E., LEED AP, Senior Vice President & General Manager, dck West Region

    Brian T. Contino is a 22-year dck worldwide veteran who has taken on a number of critical managament roles for dck worldwide. He was the executive in charge of overseeing the integration of operations after dck worldwide acquired Summit Builders in 2012. He has also been responsible for overseeing the company’s Middle East operations and MCAS Yuma Hangar projects, as well as serving as VP of Marketing, Project Director, and more. Mr. Contino was a member of dck worldwide‘s first Leadership Development Institute class.

  • Kelvin J. Osborne
    Kelvin J. Osborne Vice President,
    Operations, Hawaii Region

    Kelvin J. Osborne, Vice President, Operations, Hawaii Region – Kelvin has over 30 years of construction experience, with 15+ years in a management role. As dck worldwide’s Vice President of Operations, Mr. Osborne oversees all project operations in the Hawaii Region. He is experienced in all types of construction—federal, civil, design-build, airport and harbors, retail centers, museum, hotels, commercial office buildings, parking structures, and banking facilities—and has been responsible for numerous complex, high-profile projects. Prior to re-joining the company in 2013, Mr. Osborne worked for dck worldwide for nearly 10 years managing Federal projects. He also previously served for eight years as Senior Vice President of Operations for another Hawaii contractor.

  • Matthew J. Brodie
    Matthew J. Brodie LEED AP, Senior Vice President & General Manager, dck East Region

    Matthew J. Brodie, LEED AP, Senior Vice President & General Manager, dck East Region – Matt possesses more than 20 years of broad, progressive experience in the construction industry, 16 of which are with dck worldwide. He has worked on numerous key projects for the company. Prior to this role, he was an integral part of dck worldwide‘s Guam Region management team as VP of Operations. In addition to his projects throughout the U.S. and Caribbean, Mr. Brodie has managed numerous projects for NAVFAC in Guam and in Alaska. He was a member of dck worldwide‘s first Leadership Development Institute class.

  • Charles E. Ostiguy
    Charles E. Ostiguy Senior Vice President, Information Technology

    Charles E. Ostiguy, Senior Vice President, Information Technology – Since joining dck worldwide in 2012, Charlie’s 30+ years of industry experience has enabled him to develop a business-focused global IT strategy for the company that delivers business growth and drives operational efficiency through advanced technologies and IT Service Management best practices. His leadership stems from his years as head of Product Technology Research and Innovation for GTECH Corp and his Global Technology Services leadership experience at GTECH Corp and NTT Data Corp. Leveraging his training and hands-on experience with ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, ATAM, and CMMi industry standards, he is focused on driving operational excellence and information management across dck and project delivery. Mr. Ostiguy’s market experience includes retail, manufacturing, media and entertainment, financial, and federal.
