dck performed the phased renovation on 345 typical rooms and 11 suites while the resort remained fully operational. Public space renovations included the main lobby area, three food & beverage areas, expansion of the Porte Cochere, creation of a Children’s Center, new pool restrooms and a Children’s Pool. Not a stranger to this property, dck converted 840 rooms into a hotel/timeshare resort for Marriott with 356 guestrooms and 232 timeshare units in 1995. dck’s performance and service on this project proved successful as Marriott negotiated the remaining renovation work with our project team.
The renovation of the guestrooms was exceptional, the quality, management and interface with other Marriott suppliers and contractors was harmonious and was completed on time, under budget and within precision.
