Designed and constructed three facilities that meet the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection standards.
The 196,000 sf Visitor’s Quarters, designed to meet LEED Silver certification, consists of two multi-story buildings that include the newest dorm/hotel type dwelling available to transient/short-duration Navy personnel.
The Aviation Rescue Swimmer School is accessible to the bay and designed and constructed to be LEED equivalent.
