Expansion of the strategic airlift ramp that adds more than 500,000 sf to the existing aircraft parking area, creating three new engine run-up positions and two new aircraft parking positions. The scope of work included pouring over 22,000 cubic yards of concrete pavement, installing a drainage system, relocating fire hydrants, and placing asphalt concrete pavement.
Contract also included the construction of a new 200,000 sf Clear Water Rinse Facility for C-17 aircraft. It involves placement of a 14-in-thick concrete pad and installing underground spray nozzles and piping, supply water, rinsate treatment, and storage tanks.

General contractor for the construction of jet fuel lines, valves, and underground pipeline from tank farm to airport aprons, including extension of existing concrete apron. The project included a new 10,000-barrel fuel tank construction and electrification upgrade of electrically operated valve switching. In addition, extensive cathodic protection utilizing exothermic welds on grid system, leak detection system, and deluge foam fire protection of all tanks on property was provided.

Design-build contractor for an eight-level precast concrete parking structure with a vehicle and pedestrian bridge connecting to an existing Inter-Island Terminal Parking structure.
• The eight-level structure has 1,700 parking spaces with a floor area of over 530,000 square feet.
• A surface lot adjacent to the structure adds another 100 parking stalls bringing the total capacity to over 1,800 stalls.
• Double threaded helix ramp design that allows circulation of two levels in one revolution through the parking structure. This design speeds internal circulation.
• A 150-ft.-long bridge at the top level of the new parking structure will connect two lanes of traffic and include a walkway for pedestrians with a moving walkway to an existing inter-island terminal parking structure.
