The scope of work on this Kansas construction project included the construction of the 75,000 SF engineering/executive offices complex situated on the mezzanine level of the $1 billion automobile assembly plant. The scope of work included installation of the cement block partition walls, installing the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, floor covering, ceilings, and architectural finishing. The building contains the engineering and executive offices as well as the computer center. The scope of work also included demolition and replacement of 35,000 SF of concrete floor and deck to facilitate a design change in the plant’s paint shop. Approximately 3,000-cubic-yards of concrete was poured in constructing the exhaust plenum for the paint shop’s emission system. Learn more about our Industrial Solutions and other industrial projects.
