dck worldwide completed the construction of this new LEED Silver facility, which serves as home to three Guam Army Guard units and is used to train and prepare members of the Army National Guard for their dual mission of responding to any emergency on Guam as well as being ready to support off-island missions. The 47,360 SF reinforced concrete LEED building, designed under Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) protocols, includes an assembly hall, classrooms, rehearsal halls, and offices. Other areas include general and flammable storage areas, kitchen, personnel support facilities, vehicle maintenance training bay, special waste handling facility, army band facilities, mechanical and electrical equipment, landscaping, security fencing, parking, and access roads.
